Offer & Prices
Original artworks. Prices in CHF, excluding shipping/transport and excluding any applicable import duties or customs charges.
Orders & Payment
Sales are made exclusively by bank transfer after invoice. No PayPal or checkout system. Please review your purchase decision carefully.
Shipping / Collection
Transport is not included. Shipping rolled (canvas only) is recommended and significantly cheaper.
Shipping in a frame is at the buyer’s own risk and expense. Reframing and restretching are the responsibility of the buyer. We accept no liability for this.
Collection by appointment is possible.
Delivery Time
After receipt of payment and according to individual agreement.
Transfer of Risk & Retention of Title
Risk passes to the buyer when the item is handed over to the shipping provider. Ownership remains with the seller until full payment has been received.
Warranty / Damage
Artworks are documented before shipment. Visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, including photos.
Returns / Cancellation
Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for distance sales. Returns are only possible with prior written agreement. Custom-made commissions are excluded.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Interlaken, insofar as legally permitted.
